Competence 3: COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE

Facilitator can connect and encourage students to produce collective intelligence, which is a group’s combined capacity and capability to perform and produce better learning results. Uses different collective intelligence methods and techniques in a digital environment. Encourages online collaboration of students by using a wide range of participatory methods and by creating a safe, open, and supportive environment. Can generate and regulate teamwork and build a sense of community in a team to foster understanding and cooperative climate, where expressing oneself is welcomed and beneficial.
